Previous-cycle reference only: For JEE Main 2026, NTA stated no age limit for appearing in the exam, while institutes could have their own age requirements. The 2026 qualifying-year rule covered candidates who passed Class XII/equivalent in 2024 or 2025 or were appearing in 2026. Do not automatically reuse these years for 2027.
